Globalization is promoted within the business, creating an environment that enhances innovation, quality productivity, and customer service. The most significant impact of collaboration and social enterprise systems is the quality interactions with and outside the firm and the enhanced information, which facilitates innovations and better decision-making, consequently developing the business.
