Primary data is obtained through primary data collection methods like observation, questionnaires, and surveys in specific businesses. On the other hand, secondary data has been collected using secondary data collection methods like peer-reviewed sources, business journals, and historical and statistical documents. The data obtained is then analyzed using the qualitative analysis method. The methodology used is cheap and easy to conduct because it does not require formal appointments, thus saving the cost and time to gain the data. The methods also obtain high-standard information that is reliable and easy to interpret since it is directly obtained from the sources.

From the data obtained in the research, the results were that time management is an essential aspect for every company that seeks to outshine its competitors. Time management enables employees to deliver quality work and produce many goods and services because they know how much time a single production consumes. The research also concluded that quality work delivery functions the employee’s lifestyle, mental, and psychosocial states. A better employee lifestyle improves the business progress because they are motivated to provide quality services.
