Introduction
The recruitment process may be tiresome for many organizations since selecting the most qualified employee from a massive group of people is challenging. It motivates Steady Paycheck to engage in system development to help employers obtain the most suitable and skilled personnel to run their businesses. Comp, ICT, BIS, BIT, SEng, Networking, and WD are the fields that the employees must have studied before seeking work in these organizations. The report develops prototype systems for Steady Paycheck to help it deliver options for job seekers by matching them with the most fitting employer. In addition, it focuses on different forms of prototyping and uses an online platform to create a desirable prototype to aid in the collection and forwarding the employee qualities and matching them with what the employers demand. The report will provide an online platform that will help employers find many employees within their categories and offer a testable prototype that students have verified.
The Task-Centered Design
This is one of the techniques that the researcher may use to locate the most qualified jobseeker in the portal. It focuses on assigning duties to the people and requiring them to complete them within a specific timeline. It helps in the development of interfaces using real-world situations. The approach is a requirement analysis where the evaluator must verify the step-by-step design the job seeker must fill (Pettes, 2021). The task-centered course aims at the ability of the developer to create a more usable system interface and determines the level of perfection of each designer. The process is more advanced and focuses on the skill rather than the person of the users’ demands (Marshall & Chrimes, 2019). It helps employers in obtaining more qualified and skilled personnel.
Comparison between Four Analyzed Websites
User Groups
The newly designed system interface focuses on connecting jobseekers with their employers. Therefore, the primary users of these programs are job seekers and employers. The person seeking employment must be a graduate in the following fields Comp, ICT, BIS, BIT, SEng, Networking, and WD, and must be able to upload all the required documents on the platforms. The recruitment agency, Steady Paycheck, will use the interface to connect the employee with their employer based on the qualifications they meet and the employer’s requirements. The employers will provide all the things they require from the job seekers, whereas the people seeking work must upload their credentials on the platform available. Steady Paycheck matches the qualifications with the demands and lists the candidates based on their ratings. The employee whose credentials fit the requirements is the highest ranked and the most preferred to be employed.

Task Analysis
Job Seeker’s Task
The job seeker is the person seeking employment, and they have to perform specific tasks to ensure that the recruitment agency receives their information and forwards it to the employer within specific timelines. First, the job seeker must find the work opportunities they fit in. The person has to go through the agency’s online platform and identify the work they are interested in being employed. They select the work they qualify to do and seek relevant information on what the company requires them to do to seek approval to upload files. The job seeker must avail all necessary information in the decision-making process and be truthful in the report that benefits the agency. Honesty helps in fair judgment and allows the agency to recommend the most qualified personnel.
Employer’s Task
The employer provides opportunities for interested job seekers to obtain employment and earn income. The employer’s primary goal is to get the most qualified people to aid in service delivery. The employer creates a profile that allows them to create posts and upload information about available opportunities. They provide the details regarding the available work. The employer needs to provide a job description since it helps the unemployed to understand the nature of the work they apply for and eliminates misinformation. The third obligation of the employer is to pay for the promotional messages and advertisements. Advertisements extend the information to a broad audience to create excitement and attract people to apply for the opportunities, provided they meet the credentials for employment. The employer must ensure that the information reaches a broad audience to encourage people to seek the opportunity and exploit the chances available. The three tasks of the employer are creating a profile, providing a job description, and enrolling in advertisement schemes.
Prototype
The prototype is a duplicate program that helps predict the main idea’s future outlook. The prototype below is an indication of the first page of the interface. It contains the essential details of the company undertaking the research. Steady Paycheck is the leading media through which job seekers receive information about the available work opportunities and allows the employees to apply. The prototype comprises different pages, where the first page contains the company details. The second includes the list of the candidates applying for the work opportunities. The other pages communicate with the applicants and ensure that the prototype is functioning.
Testing the Prototype
The prototype must undergo testing to verify whether it is functional and to identify the areas that require correction to make it more effective. It is essential to verify these aspects since they determine how efficiently people will apply for job opportunities. It also affects how the company using the interface will upload the job details. The test will be Model-Based Testing and Record and Play to determine how the model handles the mouse and keyboard inputs of the interface. It is vital to test these aspects because it evaluates whether the prototype functions as it is supposed to in efficiency. The designer and their client can test the viability of these prototypes.
Human testers are essential in model testing. It determines how accurately the design interacts with the human. Testing the human interaction with the prototype ensures that there are no side effects arising from using the product (Lacatusu et al., 2020). A working job-matching prototype must be safe from external interference that may expose the job seekers’ personal information to other external sources. The safety of individuals’ information is critical in formulating a job-matching platform. Therefore, the prototype testing process must consider both the functional and the human interaction to guarantee its safety from all angles.

The presence of the requirement for the login details raises the alarm when something is amiss. It prevents unwanted entry and ensures that only authorized persons get the information displayed in the system. This page is vital for the interface since it provides permission and restricts unwanted access. It cautions when one inputs incorrect details and secures the database from exploitation and hacking. Thus, it ensures the safety of the uploaded information, and the company only receives relevant and qualified job seekers.
Desktop Two
The second part of the desktop is the applicants’ lists that provide the names of the employers. The job seekers may review this information about the individuals and know more about them. The section is vital since it gives job seekers confidence and helps them learn more about their employer. Brief background information about the employer supports the employee in determining whether they are willing to work under the person they see. Therefore, this section must be available on the desktop to help the job seekers decide on the company they feel most confident and comfortable employing.
Desktop Three

It provides personal information regarding the employees and ensures that all the necessary information about their qualifications is available. Such information helps the agency to rate the candidates based on their performance. The ranking process must provide informational support such that there is evidence on why the candidates ranked in a specific order. The job seeker’s profile assures the employer that the agency appropriately provided the rankings. This desktop is essential and helps select the most qualified candidate. The employee selection process is vital and helps the business to deliver credible results that the managers may rely on to recruit new employees. In addition, the company acquires information on the areas it needs to upgrade to accommodate the new skills that employees come with, helping the business operate efficiently.
Desktop Four
The final desktop contains the second applicant’s information and aids the business in making critical decisions. Steady Paychecks may use this information to update the employer about alternative employees’ presence, assisting in the selection. Steady Paycheck must ensure that it reviews its platform to ensure that there is easy navigation through the portal. The section displays the job seeker’s CV and other necessary credentials to aid decision-making. These sections are vital for the business’ progress and ensuring that everything goes as the agency plans by helping all candidates fill in the forms and compete fairly for the available opportunities.
Conclusion
Steady Paycheck has received an assignment to match a company with the jobseekers and thus needed to create a platform to aid in the decision-making process to meet the demand for more labor. The agency prepared the interface to help identify the potential employees and examine their ability and qualification to meet the company’s direction. The platform allows the employer to create a profile, provide a job description, and pay for advertisement and other mandatory costs to help the agency determine the best employee choice. The rating relies on the ability of the employees to meet the employer’s demands. Steady Paycheck uses the application to evaluate employees and match their information with the employer.
