However, the negative aspect of engaging in environmental and philanthropic efforts more than the economic goals is because these processes are time-consuming and require massive resources to undertake. Another challenge is that the requirements and needs of the community always change, making it difficult for corporations to adhere to their CSR strategy. Therefore, organizations should balance between their components of this approach to have effective results.
