ADWEA Excellence Award

The philosophies of scholars such as Juran, Crosby, and Deming have advocated for the best practices that firms should foster leading to the emergence of numerous certifications and awards recognizing their workforces’ efforts (Evans and Lindsay 114). The excellence award will be designed in a manner that appreciates the employees’ effort and hard work hence motivating them. Additionally, it is the organization’s desire that the recognition accorded to the successful employees through the ADWEA excellence award will boost their degree of confidence, trust, and thus their organizational identification. Considering the fact that ADWEA has established a number of subsidiaries, its objective is to ensure that quality is replicated in all the entities. Therefore, the excellence award will be designed in an inclusive manner thus eliminating any form of alienation of the constituent firms.
