In respect to its iPad, iPhone, and iPod, Apple managed to identify the trends in the market and revolutionise the consumer electronic industry. By introducing the famous iPod, Apple was able to monopolise the portable music industry. In addition, the company took the advantage as the first-mover to develop the touch screen technology and create the basis of the market of touchscreen smart phones.
